Register your interest by submitting the form below and we will be in touch to discuss your home. Our team then carefully reviews all the information to determine if your home could qualify for our services.
If your home is accepted, we’ll create an initial listing for you, open for bookings.
Once you receive your first booking, we’ll send a Home Critic to test your home. If you pass our Home Test, and delight a Plum guest, you'll win a Plum Award, unlocking the premium bookings and benefits your home deserves.
What are City Spaces’ fees?
Once you receive a reservation, we charge a commission of 5% for bookings and an additional 10% service charge to cover cleaning and servicing of the apartment/house for our guests plus any applicable local and sales taxes. We also
charge a one-time onboarding fee of $110 payable sonly due on your first guest check-in.(This amount is used for professional photo and videography of the property). in lieu of this, we accept high quality professional photos or videos of your property.
